Know Thyself: an 8-week meditation course for all levels

Know Thyself: an 8-week meditation course for all levels – queer owned and facilitated
Starting Monday, September 18th, 7 pm – 9 pm.
8-week series, 16 hours of class, for $250

Know Thyself Meditation is a direct path application of the central teaching of all the great wisdom traditions. Through this course, we invite attention to discover the immediate, universal reality of our conscious presence, accessible here-and-now, always. We also explore all aspects of our being: how we relate to our sensory perceptions, body, thoughts, emotions, and personality (including its shadow elements). Each class will have a flow of personal sharing, instruction, and experiential learning through various yogic practices.
